Based in San Luis Obispo, Fungi and Fronds Ceramics Co is created by Ellerie Nagy. Her ceramics are influenced by the nature of the Central Coast: plants, animals, and the mycelial universe. A love of plants and plant medicine bloomed when she became a Western herbalist as a Naturopathic doctor and an Eastern herbalist as an Acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner. She works at her private practice SLO Naturopathic and Acupuncture. 

As a third generation artist, her love of creating stems from her artist mother and grandmother. While attending Calpoly, Ellerie worked at the Craft Center teaching jewelry metal smithing and casting. There she started playing in the adjacent clay studio and she never stopped! 

 She hopes her love of clay and nature brings joy to you and your home.
